In today's video, I'll walk you guys through what you can expect to be paid in investment banking from all levels, the steps it takes to get to each and timeline, and the responsibilities that each level involves. I really tried to jampack as much information I could about each of the levels within the investment banking hierarchy from my own experiences, so hopefully it was conveyed in a transparent and concise manner.
As an analyst in investment banking, much of this is from my own knowledge of the industry as well as research that I've done in respect to salaries of more senior levels to myself. Hopefully this video offers a bit more transparency into the job, at least from a compensation perspective and the backgrounds of the people who are in those roles.
