Mullen has just opened a lawsuit against a number of market makers alleging 5 BILLION additional shares had been created and sold during artificially suppressed stock price periods.
I wonder how many additional shares of AMC were sold during these periods! It seems GME is also having problems with their DRS'able shares being limited by the DTCC. Rising from 0 to 80m shares in a few months, to now literally 0 change in 2 years?
