I’ve been tracking three companies that I believe are currently mispriced by the market, and they all happen to be in the retail sector. Lululemon caught my eye with its premium brand appeal and strong financials, though I’m cautious due to its free cash flow disconnect and recent guidance. Louis Vuitton stands out for its luxury dominance and consistent cash flow, and I think it deserves a premium despite modest return on capital. Target, while struggling, still has strong fundamentals and a juicy dividend—if it keeps dropping, it might just become one of my best opportunities yet
