AMC has been trading SECRETLY (And ILLEGALLY) Off Exchange in various ATS' and reported in the ADF.
An ADF is a self reported (Aka 100% truthful) reporting facility for transactions in ATS' (Dark pools, internalised trades and over the counter/over the phone trades).
This proves the existence of these over the counter secret hidden trades.
Dave Lauer also dug up a lawsuit of a subsidiary of Charles Scwab that had action taken against them for synthetic short selling, sham resetting transactions and continual FTDs.
