Howard Marks just released a brand new memo where he breaks down whether the stock market is in a bubble.
He wrote a similar memo exactly 25 years ago, in January 2000 called bubble.com, outlining his concerns that internet stocks, and the broader US stock market, were primed for a cataclysmic crash.
Just a few months later, it began, 3 straight years of negative stock market returns and a cumulative return of just 9% for the 11 year period of 2000 to 2011.
