The stock market is going to go crazy this week as traders will learn the latest CPI data in the next 48 hours. November has already been crazy for stocks but after this week we should have more evidence of a year end rally or more volatility ahead. We will also be getting a special Biden & Xi Xinping meeting this week, alongside retail sales, PPI & the Dubai Airshow. This is all setting up for an exciting week as the start of the month has already left us with 9 days green out of the last 10. Just as fast as investors were asking if this is a bear market rally, after the performance on the S&P 500 last week, many are now asking if there was no recession in 2023, why would there be one in 2024? After this brief market recap and stocks for this week, I go over my portfolio and 3 stocks for tomorrow. I will be watching a set of plays related to the Dubai airshow and potential order announcements. Then I will be watching retail stocks coming into this weeks earnings.
