Thanksgiving for the stock market is usually a low volume affair, but given the recent market rally and data this week, it will be interesting to see how traders react. We have our first big catalyst tomorrow with the 20 year bond auction, after all the discussion of rate cuts and the Fed being done, it will be sure to attract attention. But even outside of that, we still will have the Fed minutes, Japan CPI data & a slew of PMI data & inflation expectations. Add that to a short trading week and historically low volume, it will be quite the setup especially given some of the headlines over the weekend. I go over all of this, then I go over my portfolio and 3 stocks for tomorrow and this week. I will be watching NVDA stock for earnings because they will be the highlight as far as individual news goes. But I will also be watching several tech stocks related to the weekend drama and some other notable headline driven stocks in the expected low volume environment.
