The stock market managed to close green today, but in the midst of cooling off, traders and analysts began to worry about the impacts of the dollar on the market. Essentially, people are viewing the dollar as a safe haven once again as rate hike odds are being repriced. This has a lot of implications for stocks and the correlation hasn't been this high in the last 5 years. I go over all of this, then give a quick market recap and how today's economic data played out. Despite the big intraday moves, the market still closed green but the worry from February remains. After this brief market recap and stock analysis, I go over my portfolio and 3 stocks for tomorrow. I will be watching RETA stock as a big biotech play with a PDUFA catalyst, I explain the trade and why its a 50% chance, but given the upside, I think it would be worth a small trade. After that, I go over BKI stock and how regulatory approval played out today and is creating some good trading opportunities. Finally, I end the trades with 3 other biotech stocks that will have events in the next couple days.
