Black Friday is coming! Everything is on Discount. And so are stocks! Buy low and sell high.
The story of the week was Nvidia's spectacurly good results. So why did the share price plunge? Is there something nefarious? Can the rise in inventory and the slow down in customers paying for the good oredered come from normal operational timing or expansion-related factors, or is it a sign of trouble? What about the incestuos behaviour going on the whole of the AI space where companies are investing in each other. As an example, If Nvidia invests in OpenAI, on condition that OpenAI uses Nvidia'as hardware, that can create revenue and profit for Nvidia effectivly using Nvidia's own money.
Vendor financing (paying people to buy your goods) is not illegal. But it does beg the question as to how much independent demand really exists.
The UK Budget is tomorrow (Wednesday 26th). Will the labour party stick to their election promise of "No new Taxes"? I doubt it.
The Gold price is forming an amazingly clear flag pattern. I show you in this video. A breakout within a few weeks looks likely.
